RETURNS ----

We gladly accept returns! If you need to make a return or exchange for any reason, you can return products by mail up to 30 days from the delivery date. This time frame allows you to evaluate your purchase and confidently decide if you are satisfied.

Return and Exchange Instructions:

1. Write on the original invoice specifying the items for return or exchange. For exchanges, indicate the preferred product and include your phone number so we may contact you for inventory-related communication regarding stock availability. You may also email us at susan@pinkpawpalusa.com before returning your items.

2. Place the invoice with your return information and the items you want to return or exchange inside the original packaging and box.

3. To minimize shipping costs, ship the package via (US Mail) USPS—1st class mail. Please note that returns do not include shipping and handling and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges may take up to three weeks to process. They will not be accepted after the 30-day window has passed. We only accept returns and exchanges of products that have not been used, or items that have had their seals broken and opened.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, sales or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

ALL DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Items Delivered Damaged or Defective

For purchased items damaged in shipping or arrived defective, we allow a total return or exchange at no expense to the customer. This policy does not extend to products that have been used, opened, and whose seals have been broken. Customers have 60 days from the delivery date to begin the return process for defective or damaged items. The procedure follows the same steps for regular returns and exchanges outlined above. PinkPawPal-USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or due to the package being left at the door. 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you may email susan@pelaqitapersians.com to request your order put on hold or canceled. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank. Next, contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at susan@pinkpawpalusa.com.
