Directions
- Clean the pet’s eyes, face, and chest (if needed) with Eye and Facial Cleanser.
- Wipe with Kleenex (cotton make-up pads) until dry.
- Apply Tear Stain Removing Powder to the areas that you applied the Cleanser to.
